Trips and excursions provide pupils with exposure to the many facets of Kenya as well as enhancing learning and teamwork. Most visits are day trips to places of interest and provide insight on a topic in and around Nairobi. Pupil trips include: Kazuri Beads, KSPCA, Nairobi Safari Walk, Karura Forest, Kuona Art Trust, Elephant Orphanage and The Standard Newspaper.
In addition, each year group starting from Year 2 attends at least one overnight trip a year built around a topic of study within the curriculum. These excursions include a camping trip or staying at a lodge and provide wonderful opportunities to experience our diverse country. Overnight trips have included: Naivasha, Njoro, Malewa, Nanyuki, Sagana, Tsavo and for the younger children, Star parties at school.
